Big news. The Assembly Health Committee will consider A5494 on Tuesday, April 30, at 1:00pm, the latest step in getting the Weprin/Montgomery bill enacted this session. The Assembly bill, which has 90 sponsors including Assemblyman David Weprin, is expected to be reported favorably out of committee. A press conference with NYARC representatives and New York Assembly members will follow immediately in the Capitol. And you are invited. Here are details:
